Certified Therapeutic Luscious Cook (C-TLC)™ - 300 hrs
European Naturopathy, Traditional Oriental Medicine (TOM) or Traditional Asian Medicine (TAM), Ayurvedic Medicine, and other healing approaches all agree that a core component of healing is preparing meals geared towards each person’s individual constitution. In this program, you will learn how to prepare dishes and entire meals that are geared for balancing each major organ, gland and the other systems of the body & other holistic concerns such as emotions & spirit.
When you bring a person or their challenged body part to balance, they will heal themselves – including the corresponding symptom(s). For example, we are not cooking for or treating cirrhosis or hepatitis per se, but rather cooking meals oriented towards building (anabolism), cleansing/detoxing (catabolism), and balancing (homeostasis) the liver.
Gourmet therapeutic meals for each organ , gland, and other systems. Associating symptoms and dysfunctions with the corresponding organ, gland, heart, nervous system, brain, immune, lymph, circulatory, female and male reproductive system, common emotional concerns, and more. Then designing gourmet therapeutic meals and menus for the cause organ(s), gland(s), or system(s) for you to cook or teach your client and her/his family to cook.
